Saif bin Zayed launches the platform "Zayed The Inspirer"

UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, launched the global platform for inspiration named "Zayed the Inspirer," coinciding with the "Year of Zayed." The platform aims to be an encyclopedia of inspiring stories from around the world.

Sheikh Saif bin Zayed stated that the "Zayed the Inspirer" platform was launched in celebration of the centenary of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (1918 - 2018), the founder of the UAE and its inspiration. He emphasized that the founder remains a role model for anyone who wishes to translate their ambitions and dreams into a tangible reality. Sheikh Zayed, with his far-reaching vision, united seven emirates, declared the birth of the UAE, and turned it into a globally recognized state with remarkable achievements and a resilient population in record time.

During his speech at the World Government Summit, the UAE Minister of Interior stated that the UAE has become a land of inspiration and opportunities thanks to the efforts and vision of its leadership, which has turned challenges into sources of success. The country is now considered a modern model that enlightens the path for millions of people around the world, as well as institutions and countries. He noted that, like other countries known for being "the land of dreams," "the land of bright ideas," "the land of wonders," and "the city of light," the UAE deserves to be described as the "land of inspiration" due to its victorious journey, giant strategic projects, and stable, secure reality.

He highlighted the distinctive characteristics of the UAE, including its foresight, the vision of its insightful leadership, and its ability to foresee the future and its challenges. The UAE has climbed the global competitiveness index, leading essential international indicators in a relatively short period in the life of nations. Sheikh Saif emphasized that the story of the UAE is a story of inspiration, showcasing a leadership vision that transformed challenges into opportunities through dedicated work.

During the main session of the World Government Summit, he stated that the UAE continues to present projects and initiatives that have become global success stories, serving as a source of inspiration for millions to seize opportunities amidst challenges. He highlighted the UAE's ongoing projects, including the Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant, its adoption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution strategy, contributions to future-oriented projects, the embrace of artificial intelligence concepts and sciences, and its role as the host of Expo 2020, which will bring the world together.
